Appointments

Consultations at PHG are available by appointment.

Our doctors endeavour to run on time so your attendance on time would be appreciated. There are times, however, when your doctor may be behind schedule due to emergencies or theatre cases. Our staff will be ready to inform you of this delay when you check in for your appointment.

Our usual appointments are about 15 minutes long. Kindly advise our staff if you would like to have a longer appointment.

If you have any urgent medical problem please inform our reception staff who will advise you accordingly.

Fees and Billing.

PHG is a private billing healthcare group. Full payment is required for all consultations and procedures. We accept payments for our fees by cash, electronic funds transfer,  debit card or certain medical insurance plans. For the most up-to-date information on our accepted private health insurance plans (Medical Aid), contact our offices with your membership details and they will be happy to assist you accordingly.

All new patients are required to call our reception team to organise an initial consultation.

Theatre procedures, wound care, dressings, laboratory, imaging studies, and after hours call or hospital visits are billed separately and can incur additional charges. Please call reception or your doctor for more information or any clarification.
