International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, also known as World Drug Day, is observed on June 26 each year. This day serves as a reminder of the global commitment to creating a society free of drug abuse. The theme for this year’s campaign is “The evidence is clear: invest in prevention.” It emphasizes the importance of evidence-based prevention strategies, compassion, and understanding the social, economic, and health implications of drug use. Let’s work together to combat the global drug problem and empower individuals to lead healthy lives! 🌟🌐
